Enjoy Spring at the La Habra Citrus Fair!

If you’re looking for some fun in Orange County beyond Disneyland this spring, head over to La Habra for the Spring Citrus Fair! 2012
marks the third annual La Habra Spring Citrus Fair featuring Food Truck Frenzy. The fair starts Thursday April 19 with Family Preview Night and continues throughout the weekend.
The event consists of several exciting rides, gourmet food trucks, lions funnel cakes, merchandise and a new entertainment stage. Rides will range from $3 to $6 for tickets while general fair admission is free. Ride tickets are available for presale at the La Habra Chamber of Commerce office. Special unlimited ride wrist bands are available for preview night only at $30. Last year more than 30,000 people attended the La Habra Spring Citrus Fair.
The Old Settlers Historical Museum will display its citrus and avocado memorabilia during the festival, while 35 rides will thrill all weekend. Attendees can ride the Century Wheel for a view of the entire midway. On preview night, the Citrus Fair will hold its first Bubble Parade at 6:30pm on La Habra Blvd. Anyone can participate by bringing bubble makers and costumes. Radio Disney Los Angeles will also host a live show with special giveaways on April 20 from 3 to 5pm on La Habra Blvd at Aldrich St.
The Food Truck Frenzy will feature 10 food trucks including The Lime Truck, the Tornado Potato, LA & OC Bakery Truck, Piaggio on Wheels, The Tailgate Truck, Taco Maria, Bite Me Foods, Panfiniti and Dogzilla. There will also be entertainment on two stages from local performers and bands all weekend. Over 60 vendors will be on hand to sell merchandise.
Preview night hours are 5-10pm with street entertainment and three foods trucks. Friday hours are 5pm to midnight. Saturday hours are 2pm to midnight and Sunday hours are 2pm to 10pm. Come out and celebrate spring at the Citrus Fair!
