Taste of Anaheim has been bringing great food and entertainment to the Anaheim Gardenwalk for 17 years. New this year is the
Taste of Anaheim 365, where Taste will be celebrated throughout 2012! Taste promises great food, specials, drinks and tribute bands for an unforgettable night!
This year’s Taste will be officially celebrated on May 10, 2012. It will feature 50 of your favorite Orange County restaurants, three tribute bands and more than 5000 patrons, including the Mayor of Anaheim, Tom Tait and his family. The city council, police and fire department will be present as well to enjoy holiday dining tips, chef’s favorites and much more.
The Young Guns, a 80s band, will perform from 5:30pm to 7pm at Taste, will Bostyx, a classic rock band following from 7:15pm to 9pm. Don’t Stop Believin’, will end the night with Journey tunes until 10:30pm. Dishes, drinks and desserts will be available with tastings covered in the admission price of the event. Some of the Taste’s participants this year are 300 Anaheim, Anaheim Brewery, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, California Pizza Kitchen, OC Brewhouse and The Melting Pot. For a full list, click here.
A silent auction will be held at Taste from 5:30pm to 9:10pm. It will be held in the lobby of the Ultra Star Theatres at Anaheim Gardenwalk. This year’s proceeds will go to programs that bring Christmas to families, scholarships to students, and much more. For more information on the silent auction, click here.
Free parking is available for Taste of Anaheim attendees at the four story parking garage. Tickets are $40 online here and $45 at the door. Children 5 and under can enter Taste for free. A portion of all ticket proceeds will go to Anaheim Cops4Kids.
